I, Molly Bermea, the copyright holder of all Frizz Studio, LLC photography, hereby grant permission for you, THE CLIENT, to make prints or enlargements of any of my photography for personal use from their own CD/DVD or Online Gallery.

You are NOT REQUIRED to tag, mention or link back to me or my website unless you want to. I would prefer that you enjoy sharing and using your photos without the stress of photography acknowledgment limitations. With that said, I still love to see a tag or mention pop up on my feed.

It is recommended that you purchase your prints through the photo lab service provided in the online gallery for the highest quality product. Remember to watch for crop warnings when placing print orders at any lab. If downloading files to print elsewhere, make sure to download the High-Resolution files for best printing, watch for a pixelation warning if you are not sure which file you have. If ordering through the online galleries, it will automatically choose the highest resolution.

As with general photography rights, Frizz Studio, LLC owns the right of all photography for use of advertising, social media, marketing (online and/or print), website, and more.

This Section Applies to

Headshots, Branding Shoots, etc.

(and any remaining Family Photography Clients)

You CAN:

  • Post them on all forms of social media.
  • Print an unlimited amount of them in any size in any form (photo, canvas, album, t-shirt, etc.) .
  • Print at the provided lab within the gallery or download the high-resolution file and upload/print anywhere you want.
  • Share them with your family so they can do the same!

You CANNOT: 

  • Claim the work as your own.
  • Use them for commercial gain unless a commercial contract was in place.
  • If you need or want to submit photos for a contest, sponsorship or otherwise another institution of which may be using them for commercial ads, a fee and permission license needs to be obtained through Frizz Studio.

I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE WHEN:

  • You personally edit or alter the images in any way, including cropping and filters. You may certainly be creative with the digital files, but I am not responsible for how they turn out.
  • Your print does not turn out when printed at a lab or company outside the recommended service provided in the online gallery.

Sporting Event Photography Copyrights & Usage Terms

Event Director has full rights to download and disperse photography from the events as per Event Photography agreements.

Sponsors of events have rights to utilize photography as specified by the Event Directors agreement and terms. Any larger promotional usage of photography needs photography credit back to “FrizzStudio.com” and/or may in some cases need a usage licence fee. Please contact me at molly@frizzstud.com to inquire on anything outside regular use parameters.

THE ATHLETES & PARTICIPANTS:

As an attendee or participant of any public event, you automatically waive control of your photography rights. This simply means that the Event Director has full control of using images for use of advertising, social media, promotional marketing (online and/or print), website, sharing with sponsors related to the event and more. Your photos are now allowed to be used in any inappropriate or unrelated purposes.

You CAN:

  • Post them on all forms of social media.
  • Use any filters, cropping, have creative fun with them (I am not responsible for the outcome, see below).
  • Print an unlimited amount of them in any size in any form (photo, canvas, album, t-shirt, etc.) .
  • Print at the provided lab within the gallery or download the high-resolution file and upload/print anywhere else you may want.
  • Share them with your family & friends!
  • Share them with your SPONSORS.
  • Use them in a BLOG POST or SUBMIT for any news outlets — with photography credit back to FrizzStudio.com (please do not be lazy about this).

You CANNOT: 

  • Claim the work as your own.

  • Use them for commercial gain unless a commercial contract was in place.
