I like to make the cost of headshots priced on a per headshot basis – this makes it so much easier for bookings and cost expectations. If projects will be starting with a bulk of individuals, I can usually bring the initial cost per person down because I can count on that amount to be paid and booked during a certain project window. Most companies I work with on a continual basis providing headshots for new hires throughout the year creating a consistent headshot style for marketing, website, profiles, etc. If we start with bulk pricing, I will communicate individual pricing for any new hires going forward.

I cannot provide an estimate per headshot until I have this information on hand. Headshots per individual will flex up or down from $155 USD per person as a starting point — changes to this price point will be determined by your project needs listed on this form.

For your Headshot Style Guide Handout, please describe your outfit needs to keep your staff in a consistent look.Most Offices will choose a "Business Professional" or "Business Casual" -- usually business professional outfits will include suit/tie for men and professional blouse for women. Business casual is normally tie-free button-ups and doesn't change much for women. It's good to clarify tie vs. no tie for your staff.

I shoot Headshots both Right Side + Left Side 3/4 Angle. Please explain if you need something specific outside of this.Any added information for what your company might need. Also to keep me from shooting and editing unnecessary photos.

Group Photoshopping

This means I photograph people, cut them out and then put them together in photoshop. This is not a booking for multiple people.
