What is Subscription Photography?
- A reduced-price set of Credit Hours to use over the duration of a time agreement.
- Subscriptions are available quarterly, 6-month, or annual (1-year)*.

How does payment work for Subscription Photography?
Annual Payment will ideally allow you to use any amount of your credit hours at any time, given that my schedule allows. Ideally, the plan serves to spread the work + cost out over a period of time not all at once.
Monthly, Quarterly, 6-Month Payment Plans require a “duration agreement” to receive this price break benefit of the Subscription Service. Any of these agreements will allow you to use the number of Credit Hours you are pre-paying for at that time.
Minimum 3-month duration is required to set up a Subscription Photography Agreement Plan to receive price-break benefits.

What are the benefits of Subscription Photography?
First, understand all the things included in one single project for photography:
- Communication, gathering photo needs and expectations, and Scheduling
- Setting up estimates, invoicing, bookkeeping
- Travel to and from the job
- The actual photography of the job
- The editing and delivery of the job
Any job that may take 20-30 minutes, yet on the back-end, really takes 2-3 hours from start to finish with all these points in mind.
When I calculate for projects on a normal basis, I have a set, hourly rate to encompass all these things that make a job happen from start to finish. However, I can provide a discount for clients that have already paid in advance, have an open line of communication and I have an idea of most of their projects ahead of time. This ideally saves me and the client a lot of time with back-and-forth of emails, meetings and expectations on photography. This is why I find it valuable to provide a substantial discount for planned hourly work.

What are Flex-Credits?
Certain Subscription Photography Plans will include some amount of Flex-Credits. Flex-Credits are discounted overflow hours for you to use if needed near the end of your Subscription Photography Agreement to provide some safety-space in your Subscription Duration. This is my assurance to you that we will be able to wrap up some projects and give you some wiggle room in our agreement, ensuring that everybody wins!
- Flex-Credits are priced at $55.00 per hour and can be purchased per hour.
- Flex-Credits do not become available until the regular Subscription Credits run out (or are coming to a close and need to overlap).
- The number of Flex-Credits allotted will depend on the duration of your agreement.
- Flex-Credits cannot be used to extend your Subscription Photography Agreement Plan.
What happens if I do not use my Credit Hours within the Subscription Duration? Can my Credit Hours Roll-over?
Annual Plans may have 2-months additional time to utilize remaining original credit hours. This does not include the use of Flex-Credits. If needing additional time, I am human and reasonable, we can discuss the continued use of your original credits.
6-Month Plans may have an additional 1-months to utilize their remaining original credit house (no use of Flex-Credits). If needing additional time for projects, this plan can be upgraded to the Annual Plan.
3-Month Plans should utilize their credits within the time agreed upon. If needing additional time for projects, this plan can be upgraded to a 6-month Plan.
Can I cancel and get reimbursed for my Photography Subscription Plan?
The short answer is NO. Photography Subscription Plans are pre-paid and help me schedule out the amount of work and income I have throughout my year. This is a commitment on my part and an agreement on both our parts. In the case that there is an “Act of God”, for example, COVID-19 or Wildfires, for which our local valley has experienced in 2020, I will take each case under consideration. I have extended some accounts and customized some areas of the agreements.
