Simple ways to expand how you use your headshots across your website, team pages, and marketing materials.
I keep headshot pricing simple by starting with a low-commitment and minimal image selection, while still giving you flexibility during your session with multiple poses, layering options, and subtle variations in look.
This gives you a convenient opportunity to add more images or file options afterward—once you’ve seen your proofs and know exactly what you want to use.
All add-ons can be requested at any time after your session. Some options are complimentary upon request, and some have a small service fee.
Once you’ve received your proof gallery, you can request add-ons using the order form.
Additional Final Images
Because I often guide you through multiple pose variations and layering options (like adding or removing a jacket), you’ll usually have a few strong looks to choose from.
Most sessions include 1–2 final images, keeping things simple upfront—while still giving you the flexibility to add more if you need them.
Adding a few extra images is an easy way to expand how your headshots are used across your website, team pages, or marketing without committing to a larger package from the start.
I archive your originals in your proof/selection gallery so you can add images at any time, immediately or down the road.

PNG Cutouts
(Transparent Background)
A PNG cutout is a professionally edited version of your image with the background removed, allowing it to be placed seamlessly onto different backgrounds or designs.
This makes it easy to use your headshot in marketing materials, website graphics, or branded content without being locked into one background.
Each cutout is carefully refined by hand to create a clean, natural edge—especially around hair and fine details—so it looks polished and realistic in any setting.

Black & White Version
A black & white version offers a clean, timeless alternative to your selected image.
This is included upon request and is a simple way to extend the use of your headshot—giving you a second look without needing an additional image.
It works especially well when you want a slightly different feel for things like website layouts, profiles, or print materials.

Logo Placement for Brand Consistency
In some cases, I can digitally add your company logo to clothing—such as lab coats or simple tops—to create a clean, consistent brand look.
This is especially helpful when:
uniforms aren’t available for every team member
logos aren’t present on wardrobe during the session
you want a more polished, uniform appearance across your team
Each edit is done carefully to match placement, scale, and fabric texture so it looks natural—not pasted on.

Alternate Crops & Background Extensions
If you need alternate crops—such as square images for profiles or wider formats for banners—these can be requested as part of your order.

Professional Print Orders
Prints can be ordered directly from your gallery using the “Buy Now” option once you’ve selected your final images.
For office teams, I can also help coordinate print orders after selections are finalized—ensuring consistent sizing and a smooth process across your team.
All prints are fulfilled through a professional lab (Bay Photo in California), known for high-quality, color-accurate results and fast shipping.
