On-Site Outdoor Setting Every workplace is different. I’ll recommend the best outdoor location on-site and schedule your session for the most flattering natural light.

One Outfit Change (Optional) Bringing an extra jacket, blazer, or second top gives you more variety without changing locations. It’s one of the easiest ways to create multiple looks during your session.

My portable studio allows me to photograph your team right at your workplace, making the process convenient and efficient—without employees needing to travel off-site.
Appointments are scheduled around your team’s workday, with morning, afternoon, and popular lunch-hour sessions available to minimize interruptions while keeping your office productive.
Most employees are photographed in about 3–6 minutes, allowing your team to get back to work quickly while still receiving a polished, professional headshot.
