Put Your Company Headshots on Autopilot
Company headshots do not need to become an interruptive task every time someone joins your team.
Once we connect and establish your company’s headshot style, my hassle-free workflow makes keeping up with new employees a much smaller task.
Using the headshot preferences we establish for your office, I handle the preparation, scheduling, photography, and delivery while keeping your manager informed along the way.
I build long-term relationships with the companies I work with and can return throughout the year as new employees join. With my tried-and-proven headshot system for offices, this ongoing partnership puts your company headshots on autopilot—and takes one more task off your plate.
A Simple Process for Every New Employee
Each employee receives clear preparation information so they know what to wear and what to expect. On the day of the appointment, I bring any lighting and equipment needed to photograph their headshot conveniently at your workplace.
The employee can pop over to the planned headshot area for about three to six minutes, then continue with their workday. Even when we schedule around lunch, the photography uses only a small part of that break. They do not need a separate appointment across town, keeping the interruption to a minimum.

Creating a Genuine Portrait
No posing experience is needed. I guide each person through where to stand, where to look, and what to do with their hands. I also use simple, engaging direction to help genuine expressions come through.

I describe my shooting style as conversational photography. I keep the interaction going while I photograph, which helps each person settle into the experience and gives their real personality room to come through.
Even people who feel nervous or believe they are unphotogenic often tell me afterward that the experience was easier than they expected—and that they like their finished headshots.
A Setup That Fits Your Workplace
During our initial planning, we’ll choose a location that can work each time I’m on site. Depending on what is available, that may be a hedge or tree just outside the building or a simple studio setup in a conference room, wide hallway, or foyer. I adapt to the available space while maintaining the headshot style we established for your company.

Whether I return in a month or six months, I use those established preferences as my reference so each new headshot fits naturally with the existing team.
The result is consistent, genuine headshots for your employees, a process ready for the next new hire, and far less for your office manager to manage.
